Welcome to the return and refund policy of Stella Toronto. Our products include premium menswear such as polo shirts. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for customers in Canada.

We grant all customers in Canada a voluntary 30-day right of return from the receipt of the goods. To exercise your right of return, please send a clear statement via email to info@stella-toronto.com. After confirming your return, you will receive further instructions and the return address.
Return Conditions for Clothing
- The items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- All original labels and tags must still be attached.
- The goods must not show any stains, odors (e.g., perfume or smoke), animal hair, or other signs of use.
- The items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
- The return should ideally be made in the original packaging.
A loss in value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods may lead to a deduction from the refund amount.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Please note that the processing time of your bank or payment provider may vary and is beyond our control.
Return Costs and Responsibility
Unless there is a defect, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods yourself. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. We assume no liability for loss or damage during the return transport.
Return Procedure
Returns may only be made after prior contact with our customer service. After your request, you will receive the correct return address and further instructions for the return from us.
If your goods arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@stella-toronto.com and send us photos of the item and the packaging. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Incorrectly Delivered or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of acceptance, or failure to collect, we reserve the right to deduct the resulting return and, if applicable, reshipping costs from the refund amount, to the extent permitted by law.
Address Changes
If you wish to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@stella-toronto.com. Once the order has been shipped, a change of delivery address can no longer be guaranteed.
