When will I receive my order?

Orders at Stella Toronto are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery within Canada typically takes 4 to 6 business days from the date of shipment. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

My order has not arrived yet — what should I do?
